When he learned we were planning 2 more trips in our 16’ Scamp trailer this fall (in October), Mike made room in his schedule to come to our home to repair the furnace. We were impressed with his large work-trailer, carrying a a wide array of diagnostic devices, tools and parts to deal with most any problem. With experience, logic and efficiency, he arrived at the source of the problem: a sticky sail switch. I was very impressed with his technical and people skills. I’ve taken our RV to one of the big repair (and sales) companies and was appalled at the length of time it took them to get around to even look at the problem — while my trailer sat in their lot for weeks! Even then, it wasn’t fixed, they completed work I hadn’t authorized, and the bill was astronomical. The original problem wasn’t repaired — and I was back at the end of the line again! Thank you Mike! We’ll call you again, and send our friends your way.”

I have used Grand Mobile for a travel tailer that I had and now I have a motorhome. I recently sold my Ford Edge that I had been flat towing behind my mtorhome. I have a 2019 Ford Ranger p/u that is flat towable. Since I already had a Roadmaster tow bar and a Roadmaster Invisabrake unit that I had removed from the Edge I asked Mike if he could facilitate the installation. Mike said he could. He ordered the parts and made the installation. Very clean installation. Brake unit is behind the rear seat. We have already gone on a short trip and now are planning a longer trip. Only took him one day! Thanks Mike”
